I dunno if you have random days when you just feel so down and sad and depressed and frustrated. The magnitude of the imperfections in your life seems unbearable. And you just like to be left alone and wallow in all negativity. Tear up maybe.
Sure there are gazillion of things that we can be thankful about. And your loved ones make you feel special every single day. And things go smoothly as you planned it to be. And blessings come your way in the most unexpected place and time.
But there are those days.. Those days that suck. You don't create them, those feelings that haunt you from time to time. They would just sink in. It's an inevitable phenomenon. Even the perkiest dude out there gets sad. Even the most faithful gets shaken. And even I, become that wimpy kid all over again.
Today is that day.

Sometimes we just have to accept our limitations. We cannot have everything after all.
In times when self doubt kicks in, especially if its about my personal issues, I would just have to let it run its own course. I think I know the reason behind this and my answer is:
It takes time. Age grant you wisdom, and you kid, will have it.
This is a phenomenon that I'd rather leave unfathomed. Like what you said, even the happiest man gets sad. We would always say that there must be a reason behind it, no matter how deep it lies within the psyche of that person. But sometimes, it happens for no reason at all. This is when we simply call it an off day. Nothing more, nothing less.

i'm prolly abnormal, kasi i have never felt so sad in my life albeit having problems and difficulties...think of something to do para maalis yang bad vibes...run!

we all have those days sometimes. those darn days when we are reminded of the things that we are not and the things we wish we were.
but remember this, sometimes, we have to work hard for it. sometimes, we have to double our effort just to get something that others get normally. it may sound unfair but that's just how it is. that's life; one of the bitter truths that we all go by.
so, just deal with it and swallow it. swallow it down and let it swim in your stomach.wait until the dust settles and then the next thing you know, it ain't so bitter anymore. :)
well, the song goes like this: you can't always get what you want. but if you try sometimes you'll find you get what u need ;)
